Hey Michael, once you've got a USB drive in the frame you can FTP into it to update stills and manage the names of your switcher sets which saves having to get the USB drive from the frame. Is this a known problem, or is there a known fix? I tried reformatting on another computer, but the drive can't be reformatted.
